Long Term Care

A Long Term Care facility is an environment that provides services for people with complex, unpredictable medical needs requiring 24-hour on site Registered Nurse assessment and/or treatment. In addition, professional services may be provided by Licensed Practical Nurses and 24-hour on site unscheduled and scheduled personal care and support will be provided by Health Care Aides. Case Management / Registered Nurse and Rehabilitation Therapy are provided onsite. Other consultative services such as, but not limited to, Geriactric/Psychogeriactric Outreach Teams, Palliative Care are provided through Alberta Health Services.

Points West LivingTo Build Supportive Seniors Housing in Stettler

Points West Living has been selected to build and operate a 88-unit supportive housing complex for seniors in Stettler, Alberta.
Construction of the $16 million facility – to be built on five acres of land –will start in 2011 and continue into 2012.

Senior Housing

The County of Stettler Housing Authority operates Willow Creek and Heart Haven seniors’ lodges in Stettler. Also, Paragon Place combines senior lodge facilities and senior self-contained units. [Tel: 403-742-2953].
